About Jay

My coaching philosophy is shaped by cross-disciplinary training with some of the most respected figures in personal development, communication, and influence today.

I trained with Tony Robbins (Unleash the Power Within, Date with Destiny, Business Mastery), Marcia Wieder (Dream Coaching), Chase Hughes (World expert in behavioral profiling and influence), Byron Katie (The Work), and Drs. John and Julie Gottman (relationship and communication mastery).

I integrate the compassionate, emotionally intelligent frameworks of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) working directly with Richard Schwartz. These models help my clients understand themselves and communicate with greater authenticity, empathy, and impact.

 

By weaving together neuroscience, strategic thinking, and spiritual insight, I support leaders in creating profound, sustainable transformation in how they think, act, and connect.

My work is also deeply informed by the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, Michael Singer (mindfulness and surrender), Steve Hardison (the power of Being), and Dr. Joe Dispenza (neuroscience-based transformation, meditation, and subconscious reprogramming).

 

I draw from the wisdom of Buddhist principles, the emotional healing and integration work of the Hoffman Institute, and the depth of insight and presence cultivated through men’s group work.
